Kenz took a little longer to recover from her sedation this time around. She was rather quiet for at least a good 24 hours.
So now the fun and games begin. Kenz's specialist has recommended the same protocol he would use to rehab any of his joint surgery patients. So she has 4 days crate rest and we can then begin to rebuild her leash walks VERY slowly.
Fingers crossed - and so begins a new kind of "normal".
